So after all the turmoil , testing training started on september 25th with 25 members … It went on for one week, again had some fun during the training period … After training got over, we were on bench again waiting for the project On 8th Oct 2008, myself along with 4 of my batchmates were asked to attend for an interview in one of our branches for the testing services Horizontal team, different from usual project scenario… it involves R&D kind of stuff… Out of 5, 3 of us moved on to next round of interview with testing services project manager Mr. Rajesh… I was the first one to be interviewed by him… Interview longed for some 15 mins…He is one of the best interviewer i have attended so far… I was not selected as only 2 were required, other two friends Vivek and Meyappan got selected and again i was moved on to bench…After a week, on Oct 14th 5 members were asked to attend interview for a project called TriZetto… Unfortunately i was not able to attend the interview on that day as i was not feeling well … i told the HR and got the permission to attend for the same next day ie on 15th Oct … also got an appointment from the TriZetto’s Project manager Mr.Srini to attend the next day… So i went there attended interview, 2 of the Project leads Mr.Daniel and Mr. Suresh accompanied Mr.Srini for interviewing me … I enjoyed myself in the interview and attended it with full confidence… talked about politics, charity ,Kung fu ,Hitler etcetera in the interview… I still remember the sentence said by project manager that when he asked ” Do you have any questions for us”, I asked “What’s next…?”… He replied ” we were afraid of you , do you have any contacts with any politicians…?”… and they asked me to wait outside and said they will let me know … Out of curiosity , i called the HR Mr.Karthik and asked will i be in or again i will have to attend some other interview…? .. He said that he jus now have spoken with Srini and he is satisfied with my performance …n also he said that don’t leak out the information as officially its not out yet… By the time , Out of 4 who have attended the previous day only one girl got selected , So another batchmate of mine also my sister Prathyusha was asked to come on the days closing moments to attend for the same Project’s interview… She came along with Deepthi one of ma batchmate also the one who have attended the interview the previous day… To our happiness , ma sister got selected for the same project but on the sadder side Deepthi came to know that she was rejected and she was broken… We tried to console her but still cudn’t…
So from next day onwards we were asked to report to Mr.Srini in DLF IT park where the Syntel’s office resides…
